Is Axion PM made for real estate developers or for contractors?
Both. It was built by a working general contractor, and developers use the same tools from the owner's side: budgets, contracts, pay apps, change orders, drawings and schedules. Developers who build their own projects use all of it.
We hire a general contractor. Can they work in it with us?
Yes. Invite your GC to the project at no extra cost. They send their schedule of values, monthly pay apps and change order requests on their contract, plus RFIs and submittals, and you review and approve them in the app.
Can I see all of my projects at once?
Yes. The company dashboard shows every open project's contract, projected cost, profit, cash and anything that needs attention, and you choose which projects you follow.
Does it build lender draw packages?
Not as a single package yet. Your approved pay apps, budget and monthly cost forecast all download as PDF and Excel, which is what most draw packages are put together from.
