Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Driven 24/7 LLC, doing business as Axion PM ("we," "us"), collects through the Axion PM website and software (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Axion PM is software for construction companies and the people they work with on projects.
Two kinds of information
Information a company puts into its account. When a construction company uses Axion PM, it and its invited users add project information: daily logs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, budgets, pay applications, schedules, photos, contacts and files. We store and process this on that company's behalf, under our agreement with it. That company decides who can see it. If you have a question about information in a company's account (for example, as a subcontractor or owner on one of its projects), please contact that company first; we will help them respond.
Information we collect to run the Service. This includes account details and technical data described below. For this information, we decide how it is used, as explained in this policy.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form by our sign-in provider), phone number if you add it, company name, role, and which projects you belong to.
- Project content: what you and your team enter or upload. Photos can include people, property and, depending on your camera settings, embedded details such as the date and location where they were taken.
- Billing information: when paid plans are active, payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us. We receive limited details such as the card type, last four digits and billing contact.
- Technical and log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and actions requested, and timestamps, recorded by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
- Demo and contact requests: the name, company, email, phone and message you send through our website.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third-party advertising or tracking on the Service.
How we use information
- to provide the Service: showing projects, saving work, generating PDFs and Excel files, and sharing projects with people you invite;
- to send emails you need, such as invitations, sign-in and password emails, and notifications about RFIs, submittals, pay applications and other project activity;
- to look up weather for a project's location when you fill in a daily log;
- to bill for subscriptions;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
- to answer questions and demo requests, and to improve the Service;
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use project information for advertising.
Who we share it with
- People in your projects: project information is visible to the users the company running the project has invited, limited to the tools and projects that company has allowed.
- Service providers who run parts of the Service for us and may only use the information to do that: database, file storage and sign-in hosting (Supabase); website hosting (Vercel); email delivery (Resend); and payment processing (Stripe, once paid plans launch).
- Public weather and address services: to fill in weather on daily logs, we send a project's address to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service and its location to the U.S. National Weather Service. No names or other personal details are sent.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or the Service.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Account and project information is kept while the company's account is active.
- When a company's subscription ends, its information is available for export for 60 days and then deleted. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire, normally within 7 days after that. See our Terms of Service.
- Technical logs are kept for a short time, normally about 7 days.
- Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Each company's information is kept separate by database access rules, so users can only reach the companies, projects and tools they've been given. Files are stored privately and shared through short-lived links. The database is backed up daily. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct (for example, your name or contact details) or delete it, by emailing support@axionpm.co. For information inside a company's account, we may refer your request to that company.
- Depending on where you live, state laws may give you additional rights, such as knowing what personal information we have about you and asking us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to confirm your identity first.
- You can stop most project notification emails by asking the company that invited you to change your access.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will tell account holders by email or in the Service before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
